NOTE: If you are wanting to edit or cancel an order, please contact our team directly at info@probasenutrition.net. We are unable to guarantee an edit or cancellation once the order has been placed.
RETURNS
Unopened and unused items may be returned within 14 days for a full refund or exchange, less any shipping charges. Products may not be returned to the sender or our PO Box as a special label must be sent to the customer for a proper return. We recommend you insure your returns. No refunds or returns for items sold "as is". If your order was damaged in shipping, please take a picture to send via email.

Returns will not be accepted without proof of purchase.

In-person returns will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense.

We do not provide return labels for Exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping out your replacement.

Depending on the form of return shipping you choose, it can take up to 10 business days for your return to reach us. Once your package has returned to our warehouse, a refund or exchange will be processed based on your request, and an email notification will be sent upon completion.

Refunds will be issued in the amount equaling the item’s original purchase price. Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Probase Activewear and non-supplements:

All clothing items are eligible for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your original order, excluding sale items.

All items will be inspected on return.

All returned items should be sent in their original condition, original packaging, and include all tags.

All items are the customer’s responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please be sure your return is packed properly and can't get damaged during its transit.

In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition or outside of the 30 day return policy, we reserve the right not to refund you. If you would like these items returned to you, we may request that you cover the delivery cost.
