U.S. SHIPPING

We ship orders Monday through Friday. Purchases made after 12pm PST will not begin processing until the next day. If you place your order after 12pm PST on a Friday, your order will be shipped the following week. Please consider this when placing your order. 

SHIPPING OPTIONS:

$6.25 Flat Rate Shipping

2 Business Days Processing, 3-5 Business Days Transit

 

Free Shipping, (Orders Exceeding $49)

2 Business Days Processing, 3-5 Business Days Transit

 

 

SHIPPING TIMES:

The expected time to process and ship orders are 2 business days. Please note that Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days.

​Our standard shipping is a $6.25 Flat Rate Shipping, with estimated delivery of 3-5 business days after processing. Please note we do not refund for Flat Rate Shipping on orders. We offer from time to time free shipping at our discretion for orders that don't meet the $30 minimum.

​PLEASE NOTE: We use an automatic system to check all addresses and ensure they are correct. We reach out via email and telephone to verify these addresses. If we do not hear back from you confirming/correcting the address, this Address Verification Process may delay your shipment. Per our policy, we do not refund the shipping (expedited or standard) for packages delayed due to Address Verification.

FREE SHIPPING:

We offer Free Shipping on orders over $49. Similar to Flat Rate Shipping orders, Free Shipping orders are estimated to be delivered of 10 business days after processing. As mentioned previously, we will offer from time to time free shipping for items below the $49 threshold. 

HIGH VALUED ORDERS:

All orders over $120 are automatically sent with a signature required at our expense. We want to ensure you will receive your product safe and sound. We suggest you provide an address where you are available to sign for the package during normal business hours.  If for any reason, you are not available to sign for the package at the time of delivery, the carrier will hold the package at their local office for your convenience. 

WE DO NOT SHIP:

  • Outside the USA or to International Freight Forwarders

  • To Hotels, Motels, Resorts, or Schools

  • To Unverified addresses
