Unopened and unused items may be returned within 14 days for a full refund or exchange, less any shipping charges. Products may not be returned to the sender or our PO Box as a special label must be sent to the customer for a proper return. We recommend you insure your returns. No refunds or returns for items sold "as is". If your order was damaged in shipping, please take a picture to send via email.
