NR is mostly absorbed in the liver where it then begins its journey to being converted into either NAD+, NAM or NMN. NR for NAD+ Creation

Nicotinamide riboside is very well researched for its function as an NAD+ precursor and is seen as one of the best ways in which to increase NAD+ levels!
